• Checking of the approx. Claim amount and its admissibility under the Policy before lodging on the Insurer.
• Follow up with the Underwriters for appointment of the Surveyor and visit to the site, if required.
• Identifying the nature & extent of damages.
• Scrutiny of the claim documents filing of Claim Form and preparation of Claim Bill before submitting to the Surveyor / Underwriters.
• Meeting, correspondence and liaison discussions with the Surveyor and Insurance Company till final recovery of the claim.
